Sennari Co., Ltd. was founded in Hiroshima in 1927, rooted in a commitment to authenticity, craftsmanship, and natural quality. For nearly a century, we have adhered to the traditional static fermentation method passed down through generations, using organically grown rice and pure spring water. Over a decade ago, we relocated our brewery to a location blessed with exceptionally soft, mineral-balanced water. Since the 1990s, we have positioned ourselves as pioneers of all-natural, additive-free products and later introduced certified-organic offerings in response to customer demand. Though small in scale, we remain dedicated to producing high-quality vinegar and seasonings from the heart, while supporting local farmers and communities through close collaboration and sustainable practices.
