Alec's Ice Cream

Alec's ice cream is named after the founder Alec Jaffe, who coupled his lifelong sweet tooth with his passion for sustainability to create the first regenerative ice cream. Alec's love for ice cream started in elementary school with a school project, paired with childhood adventures exploring his relatives' sustainable farmland. He didn't realize how defining those moments would be until years later, feeling uninspired and unsatisfied while scanning the freezer aisle. That's when Alec knew there had to be a better way. He perfected his signature recipe and set out to source the best ingredients the earth has to offer. The result? The first-ever regenerative organic A2 dairy ice cream—fully indulgent, better for you, and better for the planet.
