Pisqueya was born from purpose in 2019, inspired by my family's Dominican restaurant, the oldest in NYC. After a devastating fire in 2011 destroyed our only source of income, I sold my belongings—including my NYC apartment—to help rebuild. This moment sparked my mission: to reclaim and elevate Caribbean representation in the food world. With limited resources and bold determination, I launched Pisqueya—a clean-label brand of sauces and seasonings rooted in heritage, resilience, and sabor. Pisqueya is more than food; it's a cultural legacy carried forward with courage, creativity, and a deep love for our roots.
