The founders of CHi Foods started Imlak'esh Organics back in 2012. We are a community-centric family of superfood revolutionaries choosing to make a positive impact on the future. Through superfoods, we empower indigenous farmers while providing you with ultimate nutrition & fuel.
In 2022 the Imlak'esh founders saw a big problem in the plant-based meat category. It was full of methylcellulose, other sketchy ingredients, and compromise. They set out to create a clean, sustainable, organic, and regenerative plant-based meat, in hopes of setting new standards for plant-based meat. Using Imlak'esh Sacha Inchi, we developed our own proprietary texturized protein (T-CHi-P), and started CHi Foods. We are on a journey to raise the bar for quality & sustainability in plant-based meat. CHi provides consumers with a delicious, compromise-free plant-based meat that supports a better planet and livelihood for indigenous communities around the world.
