Zane Caplansky started Caplansky's Delicatessen in 2008. Four generations of his family have served deli favorites to the people of Toronto as well as literally millions of visitors. In 2019, Zane started jarring and selling his famous mustards. In 2024, Caplansky's Deli tied with 2 other brands for as the top medal winners at the Wisconsin Worldwide Mustard Competition. Now with both retail and foodservice formats, Caplansky's Deli mustard in great stores and restaurants across Canada and the USA.
