Living Tree Foods has been winning over vegan skeptics since 2020. Born from an unlikely pair - Emily, a lifelong vegan, and Kyle, who previously worked on a dairy farm - we started selling our delicious plant-based products at farmers' markets and are now sold in grocery chains all across Canada. We've made a name for ourselves in Canada as having mind-blowingly tasty dairy-free products, and now have our sights set on the USA! Our ravioli is a real crowd pleaser and will satisfy the whole family, from picky toddlers to hungry husbands.
Why are we called Living Tree Foods? Our two founders, Emily and Kyle, met in law school. In the practice of law, the 'living tree' doctrine means that the way we interpret the world around us and the way we behave within it should adapt to changing times and information. With more and more evidence coming out all the time about the health benefits of a plant-based diet, and the increasing concern for animals' interests and rights, there is no better way to embody this principle than to work plant-based foods into our diet.
