Founded in 1996 by Dr. Ron Lin (PhD Bee Science, SFU), our products are created by a team who understands bees better than anyone and what their hive treasures can do for human health. Ron experienced the true potential of honey bee products when his mother-in-law was recovering from surgery. Ron produced honey, bee propolis, and royal jelly as a supportive recovery treatment and after including it into her diet, his mother-in-law's health improved dramatically. To this day, Ron's unwavering passion and commitment to innovation serve as the driving force behind the brand, crafting premium, all-natural honey bee products that promote health and happiness in everyone's life.

Our flagship product, Ice Honey, was born from this goal. This internationally award-winning glacier white honey boasts a velvety smooth texture and a delicate sweetness. Originating from the nectar of wildflowers found downstream of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, it is a 3-time winner of the gold award at the Honey London Quality Awards. It was also crowned as one of the top honeys at the bi-yearly international bee congress, Apimonda, in 2019. Using a gentle cold extraction method, it retains its natural taste and aroma resulting in a pleasantly complex taste profile. To ensure authenticity and a high quality standard, Dr. Bee's Ice Honey is 3rd party lab tested by Intertek. Intertek is a global leader in honey analysis and tests for adulteration and over 300 different pesticides, herbicides, and antibiotics.
