Bougak is a traditional Korean snack made by lightly frying whole, seasonal ingredients delicately coated in glutinous rice paste.

Rooted in four generations of family craftsmanship, our bougak has been reimagined by Oh Hee-sook, the 25th Food Master of Korea, together with Yoon Hyo-mi, the 14th Master of Korean Seafood Products. Since 1992, we have proudly carried this legacy forward.

More than a snack, our bougak is a story of heritage, flavor, and pride.
