Dr. Wellnosh

Dr Wellnosh began the way most meaningful ideas do, out of frustration. In the summer of 2023, I found myself having the same conversation over and over with my partner, who is a holistic health coach and a mom of four. We were both asking why it was so hard to find a snack that actually tasted good, delivered real protein, and wasn't made with seed oils, fillers, or empty calories. She struggled to find clean, functional options she felt good giving to her kids or recommending to clients, and I was watching my GLP-1 patients struggle to get enough real protein and consistent nourishment throughout the day. We were seeing the same problem from two different angles, and it became clear that the solution we needed didn't exist.



That's how Smart Protein Chips were born. We wanted a chip that people genuinely enjoyed but that also served a purpose. No fake protein, no fillers, no seed oils, no misleading claims, just clean fuel that supports wellness. We chose fava beans as our base because they're one of the cleanest and most sustainable plant protein sources. We use avocado oil instead of seed oils. And we formulated each bag to provide 15g of real, usable protein with balanced macros that actually make a nutritional difference.



What started in 2023 as a simple idea has grown into a purpose-driven brand for real families, real patients, and anyone who wants snacks that align with how they're trying to live: active, health-conscious, on the go, or simply wanting to feel better in their bodies. Dr Wellnosh is about creating clean, functional, satisfying snacks.



Expo West marks an exciting chapter for us. We're here to show that chips don't have to be empty calories they can be smart, protein-packed, and genuinely supportive of wellness. Smart Protein Chips are the standard we wished existed and decided to create.
