As former athletes, we struggled to find a simple protein drink that could help us recover between training sessions and have the energy for classes – let alone one that tasted good. Everything on the market was the same: full of empty calories, complex ingredients, and chalky taste. So, we developed brüst – a protein drink that's made from high quality ingredients and delivers on great taste, giving you the healthy energy you need to conquer your day. brüst is simply a protein packed cold brew coffee that was crafted to help busy individuals power through their day and fuel up while on the go. We did a small scale beta test in 2018 in glass bottles and cold distribution. We did all the production ourselves, manually twisting on each cap. We delivered to each store ourselves as well, out of the trunks of our cars. After many demos we performed on weekends, we heard the positive feedback directly. This gave us teh confidence to scale up in 2019 in large production batches in Tetra Pak bottles.
