Zina's Salads

Zina immigrated from the Soviet Union in early 1980's after spending some time in Italy. She wasn't pleased with the quality of American food so she began making soups and crepes. In 1990 a customer asked if she could make salads and in 1992 we began producing salads and 30 years later is what we are best known for because of our process, use of premium ingredients and never using additives or dyes.
