My husband and I were born and raised under the shade of coconut trees. The coconut tree was once the pillar of our house, the roof, our food and water, and it holds countless childhood memories. During my time studying and living in the tourist city of Da Nang, Vietnam, I had the chance to try baked coconut cracker for the first time. I found them interesting and unique, which evoked many childhood memories. The question I asked myself was, 'As people from a coconut-growing region, why not make coconut cracker?' With my experience in food production and after researching the market, I saw great potential. We decided to start our business by producing coconut cracker.
