Yumkies started long before the first cookie ever came out of the oven. It began when our founder sat in a doctor's office and was told she was "morbidly obese" and a ticking time bomb for diabetes. Her doctor said the only path forward was medical intervention.
She loves a challenge, so she told him no.
That moment changed everything. Instead of accepting a future she did not want, she became obsessed with nutrition and learned how to recreate her favorite foods in healthier ways. She transformed her habits, her body, and her confidence. What started as a personal journey quickly revealed something bigger.
She realized that so many people feel trapped between the foods they crave and the choices that support their health. She made it her mission to show that there is another option and that healthy food can actually taste delicious.
Yumkies was founded in 2024 from that mission.
A clean treat brand created with gluten free ingredients and no refined sugars, no seed oils, and no junk. Just joy, flavor, and a reason to feel excited about eating well.
