FUNDODAI, Inc.
Information
In March 2019, our company celebrated its 150th anniversary since beginning soy sauce production.
In 1869 (Meiji 2), we transitioned our business from money changing and sake brewing—activities we had pursued since the late Sengoku period—to soy sauce production.
Moving forward, we aspire to remain a seasoning manufacturer deeply rooted in our community, preserving its distinctive "flavor." Furthermore, we aim to develop this 'flavor' into a "regional food culture" and continue to be a company that shares it from Japan to the world.
