January 5, 1978, on a rural aria deep in the mountains of Japan. After heavy snowfall following the New Year's holiday, all restaurants were busy preparing dishes for their New Year's customers.
However, restaurant owners were unable to easily go to the market due to the heavy snow blocking the roads.
Nevertheless, our founder braved the heavy snow to deliver pre-made ponzu sauce carefully blended with citrus juice to them. This product gained popularity that day due to its genuine taste without additives and his sincerity, and it sold out immediately. This was the moment our company was established as a manufacturer and seller of citrus juice.
Since then, we have gradually expanded our range of products, focusing on preserving the natural flavor of ingredients and using no additives. In particular, our yuzu juice is now used in top-tier restaurants in over 40 countries worldwide.
