We have been milking sheep for 25 years and producing cave aged farmstead cheese. Hence we consider ourselves dairy sheep experts. It is a fact that Greek or Skyr utilize mechanical means to get thick while others add heavy cream, gums or powders. Sheep milk needs no such help and hence the perfect marriage of all natural best milk+ best package was born.
