Clapoti

Information

Marie Perruchet is the founder of Clapoti, a premium clean beauty brand inspired by Korean spa traditions and designed for real, modern routines. Her path into beauty was anything but conventional. She began her career in journalism and strategy consulting, working across Europe, the United States, and Asia, where she learned to ask the right questions and translate complexity into clarity. Over time, she noticed a growing disconnect in beauty: plenty of promises, constant noise, and very little that truly fit into everyday life.

Adopted from Korea and raised between cultures, Marie later returned to Asia as an adult. Immersing herself in Korean spa culture became a turning point. She discovered a philosophy centered on recovery, consistency, and respect for the body, care that was practical, repeatable, and effective, rather than performative.

Clapoti was born from a simple insight: if recovery had a starting point, it would be the feet. Feet absorb travel, work, stress, and time, yet are largely ignored by traditional skincare. Clapoti began with foot masks formulated in Korea using 99% natural, bioactive botanicals such as green tea, perilla, ginger, hibiscus, and shea butter. The ritual then expanded naturally to face and eye care, following a “Feet → Face → Eyes” recovery approach.

Marie often says Clapoti is not about pampering, but about maintenance. Built on honesty, efficacy, and repeat use, the brand reflects her belief that conscious beauty should fit real life and quietly do its job.
