Founded in 2001, our story began after a family member’s long health battle revealed a diagnosis of Celiac Disease (gluten intolerance) and other food sensitivities not only for himself, but also helped us discover this across generations of the family through awareness. From that point on, our mission was to create safe, satisfying baked goods that not only tasted delicious but also offered nutritious value to your diet. Not just empty calories.
