Seely Mint

My Family has been raising peppermint and spearmint for the tea and oil since 1943. Today, I raise it the same way my parents and grandparents did. I produce mints oils with a unique Terroir that is unmatched. I use these oils to hand make my mint confections right on the farm. One pint of my pure heirloom black mitcham peppermint oil makes 41,200 of my mint patties!
I started the confectionary side the fall of 2007. The year I lost $100,000 raising mint. Big Buyers had pushed the price of oil down so low many mint farmers quit. I decided to start selling mint confections at the Farmer's market in Portland Oregon. By 2009 Seely Mint was in Whole Foods Markets.
