Hi! We are a women & minority-owned Asian food brand that makes it really easy for anyone to enjoy chef-quality Asian flavors in less than 5 minutes. We currently have 2 products available, frozen Brisket Pho and Chicken Pho.
We wanted to honor our Vietnamese heritage with a pho that's clean-tasting yet bursting with authentic flavor. Our broth is simmered for 24+ hours to produce rich, tasty bone broth that is rich in collagen and nutrients. We formulated our recipe keeping the modern health-conscious consumer in mind so our products are all-natural, MSG-free, gluten-free and preservative-free. Cultural cuisine is a white space opportunity and we're the first clean-label, chef-quality Pho products on the market. Most instant pho products available contain little nutrients, high in sodium and contain MSG. In addition, most current pho kits require you to do additional prep (adding your own meat, garnishes etc. Our product requires zero prep! Each package comes ready-to-eat with broth, noodles, meat and garnishes. It only takes 5 mins in the microwave or stovetop to prepare. It is a complete restaurant-quality bowl of Pho ready at your convenience.
