Katy Perry and Morgan McLachlan, co-founders of De Soi, first crossed paths in early 2020, both pregnant and seeking a way to unwind—without the alcohol. As creative professionals and busy moms with a shared love of spritzes, they dreamed of crafting a drink that was both bubbly and delicious, but wouldn’t get in the way of early mornings or long nights. They wanted to create something that blended their passion for plants and better-for-you ingredients with bold flavors and feel-good adaptogens. In 2022, they launched De Soi: a line of non-alcoholic apéritifs designed for moments you want to savor, whether you're enjoying a lively dinner with friends or raising a glass to yourself.
