Today, the company is proudly owned and operated by Stephen and Micah Hilsdon: lifelong members of the Brinkley community with deep roots in the rice industry and an unwavering commitment to preserving local jobs and supporting growers.

Della works directly with farmers to ensure fair, competitive pricing and long-term partnerships that strengthen rural communities. As part of its next chapter, the company is investing heavily in regenerative rice practices designed to improve soil health, conserve water, and reduce environmental impact - protecting the land for future generations.

At this year's Expo West, Della Rice debuts its full brand relaunch, celebrating our evolution into a vertically integrated, family-owned company committed to cleaner regenerative rice farming and built for today’s natural marketplace:
