Founded in 2004, Hodo began with a single obsession: make plant-based foods that taste incredible using only the best ingredients. What started as a single farmer’s market stall in the San Francisco Bay Area has grown into an award-winning, artisan tofu and plant-based food company making products found in thousands of retail stores and restaurants across the country. Our tofu and yuba are made from organic, non-GMO soybeans and designed to be protein-rich, nutrient-dense, and naturally gluten-free. Inspired by global flavors and created in convenient, ready-to-eat formats, Hodo makes delicious easy—bringing bold taste and real nourishment to everyday meals.
