Our certified organic, gluten-free, allergen-free sourdough loaves, English muffins, and first-ever Sourdough Buckwheat Tortillas are made without gums, binders, fillers, or preservatives — just real food that performs.

But PACHA is more than a clean-label bakery brand. We are building a regenerative supply chain around buckwheat — a soil-restoring cover crop that improves biodiversity, reduces synthetic inputs, and strengthens farm resilience. To date, we have helped transition over 1,200 organic acres to verified regenerative practices.

PACHA is nationally distributed at Whole Foods, Sprouts, and select Albertsons regions, with a strong customer over $1.3M raised via crowdfunding to fuel expansion. Our certified home-compostable packaging reinforces our commitment to closing the loop from soil to shelf.
