Flings was born after a last-minute camping trip where we found ourselves unprepared—and hungry. With no better options, we grabbed a box of Pop-Tarts and joked about how someone should really make a version that tastes better and actually fuels you. That joke turned into an idea we couldn't shake. Back home, we hit the kitchen with a mission: reinvent the classic toaster pastry with more protein, less sugar, and ingredients we could be proud of. What started as a craving for something better became Flings—a modern take on a nostalgic snack, made for people who want both flavor and function.
