We're Bella and Semira, Iranian Americans raised in Hawaiʻi and lifelong best friends. We've always believed that life is better sour—now we've created a product that proves it. Better Sour celebrates the journey of sour in irresistibly snackable gummy form, bringing you global flavors you might've been missing from the candy aisle. (Think pomegranate, guava, calamansi!)

Better Sour combines our heritage and memories of childhood in the Hawaiian Islands with a celebration of culture through sour. As any Iranian will tell you, we're obsessed with sour. The flavor is central to our cuisine, from dried fruits and snacks to many of our savory dishes. In Hawaiʻi, too, sour is everywhere: strong culinary influences from the Asia-Pacific region are coupled with the Islands' host of tropical fruits and sour dried snacks.

We're thrilled to be sharing these delicious flavors without all the junk! Our gummies are always 100% plant-based, with no more than 3g of sugar per bag. Of course our gummy candy is free from sugar alcohols, artificial colors and flavors.

We can't wait for you to discover every flavor, founded by a lifetime of stories and discoveries between two best friends—though these days, we refer to ourselves as "Sour Seekers." Maybe after trying our gummies, you'll become one, too. ;)
