Blue Zones Kitchen

The Blue Zones are regions of the world known for longevity, with high concentrations of centenarians living active, happy, vibrant lives. After the first decade of research, Dan Buettner published the first Blue Zones book in 2008 which has kicked off hundreds of articles, interviews, TED talks and speaking engagements. Some of the longevity principles discovered involve food, leading Buettner to publish Blue Zones Kitchen, a cookbook filled with culture, stories and recipes. Now we bring Blue Zones Kitchen to market with meals inspired by the recipes, ingredients and cultures of the blue zones.
