Egglife Foods was hatched in 2019 when our founder Peggy Johns couldn't find delicious low-carb, protein-packed health foods to meet her needs.
Surprised by the lack of options but fueled by the clear need in the market, she discovered how to replace flour with eggs in a variety of foods right in her kitchen, leading to our debut product: egglife egg white wraps.
What began with our revolutionary egglife® EGG WHITE WRAPS in six craveable flavors has evolved into an innovative protein-packed product portfolio. We're giving consumers an even more convenient way to enjoy our signature egglife® EGG WHITE WRAPS with our ready-to-eat egglife GRAB & GO line for nutrition on the move — and turning the pasta category on its head with egglife POWER PASTA™ — offering 2X more protein and 90% less carbs than traditional refrigerated pasta.
