Nowhere Bakery began as a culinary love letter between myself and my husband Maurizio. My history of food intolerances and digestive sensitivity and Maurizio's no-holds-barred sweet tooth left us frustrated by the lack of treats we could share together. Dozens of batter-filled nights later, my gluten-free, dairy-free twist on the classic Chocolate Chip Cookie was such a hit with friends, family and Maurizio that Nowhere Bakery was
officially born.
