I started Little Zing to honor a cherished family tradition and carry on its incredible legacy. The recipe, created by my Great Grandma Helle in 1923, was passed down through generations and became a family treasure. My late father continued the tradition by making the mustard and gifting it to clients, who absolutely loved it. Inspired by the joy it brought to so many, I wanted to share Little Zing with the world.
I began at farmers markets, where the mustard quickly gained a loyal following. People loved its bold, saucy flavor and versatility—it became a household staple for everything from sandwiches to charcuterie boards, veggies, and pizza. The overwhelming response and word-of-mouth helped Little Zing grow beyond what I imagined.
Today, we're proud to be in 40 stores, and we're just getting started. Our mission is to bring Little Zing to even more tables, sharing its unique blend of sweetness and bold horseradish kick with food lovers everywhere. Each bottle is crafted with the same care and tradition my family has cherished for over 100 years.
