Kelsi's

Kelsi's began in a raw food kitchen, where our co-founder Kelsi Petersen taught raw food classes with her mom throughout high school. Without fail, her students were always blown away by one recipe in particular - Brownie Batter Bites. For years, they bought them from Kelsi whenever she was willing to make them.

Our rich, fudgy chocolate bites are made entirely from whole food ingredients. No gluten, dairy, or junk—a treat that truly makes you feel good and tastes amazing.

After seeing how much these bites meant to people—how they helped folks stay on track, curb cravings, and enjoy something indulgent without any compromises —Kelsi knew it was time to share them with a wider audience. Kelsi launched our brand in 2019 just as her mom, her biggest cheerleader, was diagnosed with ALS. We now donate 5% of profits to ALS research and support in her honor.
