As a passionate Ukrainian immigrant with a love for fitness and wholesome food, I founded DEFI Snacks to share my heritage and vision with the world. Growing up in Ukraine, I cherished buckwheat—a nutrient-rich, gluten-free staple revered for its versatility and health benefits. Determined to introduce this superfood to a global audience, I dreamed of creating a snack that married my cultural roots with my active lifestyle as a dedicated CrossFitter.

As a CrossFit enthusiast, I stayed active and didn't obsess over calorie counting, but was frustrated by the snack market's reliance on sugar substitutes and lack of truly nutritious options. I craved a snack that delivered bold flavor and functional nutrition without artificial sweeteners or empty calories—something that could fuel her workouts and satisfy my sweet tooth. Traditional snacks fell short, either compromising on taste or packing in ingredients that didn't align with her health-conscious values.

Inspired to fill this gap, I set out to craft a revolutionary snack. I combined my beloved buckwheat with high-quality, protein-packed chocolate, creating a gluten-free, grain-free treat that delivers 25–26 grams of protein per bag. DEFI Snacks was born—a bold fusion of indulgence and nutrition, free from sugar substitutes and designed for active individuals who want guilt-free satisfaction. My mission was clear: to empower people with a snack that celebrates heritage, fuels performance, and redefines healthy indulgence, one delicious bite at a time.
