Little Latke

I saw an opportunity to take the beloved latke beyond its seasonal roots. Inspired by the craze of my mother's homemade recipe, I recognized a clear gap in the market—a convenient, everyday way to enjoy a potato latke. I got right to work in my kitchen at home trialing recipes, and finally landed on a version that I felt confident bringing to market. Little Latke was officially founded in 2023 and launched online November 2024. We have hit the shelves of 60 retailers organically in the first 6 months of business and I cannot wait to see what this year holds for the brand as we graduate from our small production facility in Chicago to a dedicated manufacturer.
