With her personal health journey, Kay became meticulous about ingredients.

So she started making her own protein balls in her kitchen. She experimented with plant-based recipes, avoiding common allergens where she could, and trying different flavor combinations. Through trial and error, she landed on the ingredients and taste she felt good about.

Those homemade protein balls were just the beginning of HeyNu - our nutrition brand. Our mission became clear: create extra-yummy snacks with purposeful ingredients that fit into real life - workdays, travel days, and everything in between. We started with HEYBAR, our line of delicious protein bars and with more products on the way!
