GILA® Coffee started in 2004 by two friends passionate about their Mexican roots and a dream of creating new coffee experiences. Both had contact with the wonderful world of coffee from different angles: one had worked at a finca and the other launched a very successful coffee brand. However, they genuinely felt that a great coffee with a strong social mission was missing in the market and at this point they decided to launch GILA Coffee, a brand that will allow them to continue creating and perfectioning in the world of coffee while sharing their cultural values and helping local communities thrive.
