In 2015, Estee Kafra, celebrity baker and cookbook author established Pure Food by Estee because her followers were telling her that they did not have access to better for you, allergy free baking ingredients. She set out on a mission to provide every baker with the choice to use healthier ingredients and the firm belief that pure ingredients help bakers create magic in the kitchen.
