We created La Monarca Bakery, inspired by the pan dulce and pastries we grew up enjoying in our hometown in Mexico.
All our products are made with top quality fresh ingredients, without preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.
We donate 1% of our proceeds to our non-profit partner, ECOLIFE Conservation, to support their programs to protect and preserve the monarch butterfly.
