Gifted Breads

Information

Gifted Breads started out of my personal journey with celiac disease. Over 15 years ago, I was diagnosed and quickly realized how difficult it was to find high-quality gluten-free bread. Like many others, I was frustrated with the limited options available, which were often filled with unnecessary additives and lacked flavor. I wanted to ensure that people like me could still enjoy the simple pleasure of breaking bread with loved ones. While the gluten-free industry had advanced in many areas, bread remained underdeveloped. That's when I decided to take matters into my own hands and create bread that tasted, smelled, and felt like real bread, restoring the joy of sharing meals with family and friends.

Years of research, immersing myself in books and exploring the science behind ingredients, led to the birth of Gifted Breads in 2019.

From the beginning, it was important that our products went beyond just being gluten-free. That's why every loaf we bake is made from whole grain ingredients, contains no refined sugar or oils, and is free from dairy, nuts, soy, artificial preservatives, and seed oils. We source only the finest ingredients, making our bread a nutritious, safe, and delicious option for a wide range of dietary needs.

As I connected with customers, I realized there was an even greater need—people weren't just looking for gluten-free bread, they wanted clean, health-conscious options. After many months of research, we're proud to be launching a gluten-free and vegan line in November 2024, designed for those who seek both quality and plant-based alternatives.

At Gifted Breads, our products are crafted with care and frozen fresh to preserve their flavor, so they always taste like they've just come out of the oven. As a minority- and women-owned business, I'm incredibly proud of our journey. What started as a personal mission has grown into a community-driven brand, dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions, can enjoy breaking bread together.
