Coming from a 100-year-old Taiwanese legacy in producing quality noodles, A-Sha Foods USA started in 2015, coupling technology with our heritage to start manufacturing food
that is healthier and kinder to our bodies; food that is sustainable; and food that
looks beyond our present ecosystem towards a future where non-perishable foods may
be the best alternative.
We think being innovative is not just coming up with something new, it's also taking something old and breathing life into it and making others see it in a whole different light. As a food company, we are taking it upon ourselves to make ramen relevant again. We are taking what was once thought of as boring, cheap and a belly-stuffer and changing the game with branding and partnerships usually only utilized in the restaurant industry. Ramen doesn't have to be something just for broke and starving college students anymore, it can be a healthy choice instead of a last resort.
