Jesse, our founder, learned he had an auto immune disease and was able to overcome it using real food. It was then Jesse and Co-Founder, Anders, realized that food had the power to heal. They saw the opportunity to bring healing foods into people's lives and knew that cottage cheese was a perfect place to start. They noticed that as much as cottage cheese was tied to healthy lifestyle and trends, most brands in the supermarket were loaded with artificial and unnecessary ingredients. So they set out to craft cottage cheese using nothing but real foods, simple ingredients with the steadfast belief that food can heal.
