Food has always been the way we preserve our rich heritage. Growing up in a first-gen, Afghan-American, immigrant household, Mom and (our aunties) were always cooking for our huge family. They bestowed upon us cherished cooking techniques, treasured secrets of our culinary heritage, and an obsession with flavor. Then…came the Magic Recipe. Our mom's ingenious spin on a homemade batch of traditional cilantro chutney changed our lives for good. After thousands of test batches, we decided to share the joy (and utter deliciousness) of our family's magic green sauce with the world.

We built and bottled our emerging business by hand. Handcrafting our chutney sauces and gaining a beloved community at local farmers markets and co-ops across our home state.

Then scaled it into the nation's favorite new condiment. No need to "cook" cook today. With just a squeeze, our flavorful Afghan-style sauces transform any dish into an extraordinary meal.
