Diana Levy (Founder/CEO) began Undercover by making decadent chocolates for events, but soon realized she craved something satisfying that was healthier, lighter and less sweet. After lots of experimenting, she discovered the perfect combination: crispy quinoa lightly covered with premium chocolate!

When two of her three chocolate-obsessed daughters were diagnosed with Celiac Disease, she became determined to make this indulgent snack gluten-free and allergy friendly too!
