Carbone Fine Food was born from the same commitment to exceptional quality that made Carbone restaurant a globally recognized name. Founded by Mario Carbone, Jeff Zalaznik, and Rich Torrisi, the brand was created to bring the restaurant's elevated Italian flavors into home kitchens. In 2020, they partnered with CPG veteran Eric Skae, who played a pivotal role in helping them create the brand and bring their jarred pasta sauces to life. Together, they made it possible for home cooks to enjoy the same high-quality, chef-driven flavors that have made Carbone famous.
