Information

Animal raw materials account for 99.9% of the world's W12 trillion collagen market. Since collagen is defined as animal collagen, it is generally extracted from animal materials. Collagen accounts for 30% of our body's total protein. Then, the elephant, the largest herbivore on Earth, developed plant-based collagen with the question of how to produce collagen.
Animal collagen is extracted from cattle, pigs, chickens, and fish, and each material has problems such as mad cow disease, pig cholera, chicken bird flu, microplastics in fish, and heavy metal contamination. Even all animal collagen has a fishy taste that is difficult to eat, so it is difficult to consume without synthetic additives, so synthetic additives that are not beneficial to health are also consumed. It also causes environmental problems such as carbon, water use, and land use caused by livestock breeding.
We spent six years of research pursuing the safety and health of intake for individuals and developing environmentally sustainable vegetable collagen. To create vegetable collagen that is not in the world, we establish an organic farm that minimizes damage to nature to grow organic hibiscus, which is the basis of collagen extraction. We extract collagen from organic hibiscus, make safe and fishless vegetable collagen raw materials, and use them for commercialization and our own brand business. By donating these profits back to farmers on organic farms and investing in research, we have vertically integrated the sustainable plant-based value chain.
Vegetable collagen raw materials won the 2022 SIAL PARIS raw material grand prix, supplying raw materials to famous brands such as Korea and the United States. In addition, the brand "PLANT" ranked first in collagen search based on Korean search sites, is thriving in department stores and online sites, and has also entered Amazon in the United States.
