During the summers in Bariloche, Patagonia, we spent our childhood days hand-picking wild raspberries. Those memories inspired us to pair this fascinating fruit with the best chocolate, seeking to create a delicious and healthy treat. The result was a sensational hit, and now we are committed to sharing it with people around the world.
Marcos and Luca, two young Argentineans living in the US, founded BARIS in early 2023. After an investment from Talenti Gelato founders, who are our now also their mentors, they launched the product in early October 2023.
