Jaju Pierogi LLC

Jaju Pierogi was founded by two sisters using their grandfather's, or Jaju's (dziadziu), recipes. Growing up around the family's Polish deli, they were used to having pierogi always in the freezer. When they went to college and had their first roommates, their mom would still bring by the family pierogi, and they started hearing, "Hey, where you get those?" They realized that high quality pierogi were hard to come by in the grocery store. They took their grandfather's handwritten recipes and went to work on the kitchen table, making their first batches and sampling them out to friends. In 2016, we went to our first farmers market, and in 2017, we went full time with the business. Without brokers or investment, we have grown to 2000 doors. But, we're still on the ground, doing events and grassroots marketing across the country to spread that pierogi gospel!
