HOTPOT QUEEN

I'm Jia, the founder of Hot Pot Queen. Five months after I was born, my mother, He Yongzhi, opened her tiny hotpot restaurant "Little Swan" in Chongqing, China, which lead her to invent the famous Yuan Yang Hotpot (the pot that divides the broth in two). This invention influenced the way millions of people enjoy hotpot worldwide, therefore she's regarded as the "Hotpot Queen", hence our brand's name. As the second generation of women entrepreneur in my family business, I wish to carry her legacy and bring the boldest of Sichuan flavor to American table.
