In 2017, two best friends from the mountains of Colorado were relying on nature to help their health. They found that food is medicine and their diets were the keys to helping take control of their lives. That, and being in nature. Sadly, while setting out for each adventure, they were forced to pack energy bars in their packs full of awful ingredients like brown rice syrup, seed oils, and "natural flavoring".
