Cedar Valley

Cedar Valley is a Canadian food manufacturer of authentic pita chips made with 100% coconut oil. What began as a high school project has turned into a mission to share our family's original recipes, inspired by our heritage in the Beqaa Valley of Lebanon. After receiving a $3,000 grant from his high school, Ameen partnered with his mom, Surria, to bring her homemade Pita Chips to Canadians. From starting in their home kitchen to opening their own 12,000 square-foot production facility in Windsor, ON, their all-natural Pita Chips can now be found in over 2000 grocery stores across north america.
