Patak's Foods is the world's leading producer of authentic and flavorful Indian food for the retail market. Patak's was founded in 1957 in England by the Pathak family. The family came to London as immigrants and began the business by creating spice blends using secret family recipes. They began selling spice pastes from their home, before eventually opening their own shop, using spices and other ingredients imported from Indian to ensure authenticity. Now owned and operated by AB World Foods, Patak's still works with the Pathak Family to ensure our products are the authentic Indian flavors that the world has come to know and love.
